Remove a photo or report content
Use this process for a photo you contributed, lost browser access, privacy or safety concerns, copyright claims, or suspected illegal content.

Remove your own photo now
If you still have the browser used to contribute, open the Wedding link and choose Your photos — view or remove. Select one photo, review the consequences, and confirm Remove photo permanently. No account or support request is needed.
Send a request
Lumielle verifies control of your contact email before review. This proves only control of that communication channel—not identity, ownership, copyright, or legal merit.
Include only the information needed to identify and assess the request:
- your name and a reliable way to reply;
- the couple’s names, Wedding date, and Wedding link or QR code if available;
- a clear description of the photo or content and why it should be removed;
- whether the concern involves immediate safety, illegal content, or a minor; and
- for a copyright request, identification of the protected work, where the disputed photo appears, your good-faith statement, and your authority to act for the rights holder.
Do not email identity documents or other sensitive records unless Lumielle specifically requests a proportionate verification step. Lumielle may ask for limited information to locate the Wedding, verify authority, prevent malicious deletion, or satisfy legal process.
What happens next
Lumielle records the request, triages urgent safety and illegal-content reports first, locates the affected Wedding and photo, preserves only what law or dispute handling requires, and records the disposition. Same-browser requests use the existing Retraction path. Lost-device, third-party, copyright or likeness, and urgent safety or illegal-content requests require a verified restricted case and review by an authorized Platform Operator. An accepted administrative takedown immediately removes eligibility and schedules physical cleanup. Cleanup remains pending until every inventoried artifact is confirmed removed.
Removing content from Lumielle cannot erase copies already downloaded, independently captured, or otherwise outside Lumielle control. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services; this reporting process is not an emergency channel.
